Frequently asked questions
How much does a website for my business cost?
€500 for setup, paid once, and €30 a month for maintenance. Maintenance covers hosting, your own domain, content changes and support. There is no lock-in: cancel whenever you like.
How long until the site is live?
Forty-eight hours. In practice we first send you the link to a page already built with your business name, so you can see it before deciding. You only need to tell us what to change.
What do I need to prepare?
Three to eight photographs of your work and the list of services you offer. Nothing else. We write the text and show it to you before publishing.
Is the domain in my name?
Yes. The .pt domain is registered to your business and it is yours. If you ever want to leave, you take the domain with you.
Which areas do you cover?
Anywhere in Portugal. Everything is done remotely: you see the site through a link, the photos come over WhatsApp, and nobody has to travel. In the Oeste region — Torres Vedras, Lourinhã, Mafra, Sobral de Monte Agraço — and in Amadora and Lisbon, if you would rather talk in person, we come to you.
Do I need to know anything about computers?
No. There is no dashboard to learn and no password to remember. Whenever you want to change something, send us a message and it changes the same day.
Does the site work well on a phone?
It is built for phones first, which is where almost all the visits to these businesses come from. It has a button that calls you with one tap, and it shows whether you are open right now.
Can we do all of this in English?
Yes. We can talk to you in English by phone, WhatsApp or email, and requests sent from this page are answered in English. The terms of service and the invoices are in Portuguese.
